Gil is the CEO and co-founder of Splitit. He holds over 20 years of experience in sales and management for US corporations, previously serving as the Regional Manager for one of Dell EMC’s product divisions where he was responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and establishing additional channel partners. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of Sales for leading technology system integrators Ankor and We!.

With over 18 years' experience in translating trends into design innovation, brand and product strategy, Tessa leads the global content team, guiding Stylus' content and creative direction. Before Stylus, she consulted on luxury and mass-market brands across a variety of industries including beauty, food, retail, architecture, transport, technology and packaging.

Saisangeeth has experience translating future trends and applying them as business solutions in marketing, retail, product and design strategies. She has worked across fashion, luxury and branding in the US, Asia and Australia. Previously, Saisangeeth was a trend director at Stylesight and WGSN, working with leading international brands to inspire and inform their creative endeavours through seasonal and trend forecasts.

Emily oversees Stylus’ Fashion, Beauty, Colour & Materials and Product Design content directories – ensuring a cohesive approach to our visual trend output. With 25 years’ experience in trend forecasting and retail, she has worked for and consulted to global names including Topshop, H&M, Walt Disney, Zara, Target, Levi’s and WGSN. She has also written for titles including British Vogue.

Alison Gough

Head US Analyst, Stylus

Alison oversees Stylus' US-specific research. She has more than 10 years' experience as an editor and analyst specialising in consumer attitudes. A seasoned traveller, the breadth of her knowledge stretches across multiple consumer industries, regions and demographics. Alison previously worked at forecaster WGSN and at Peclers Paris. As a freelance designer, she has worked for clients including Donna Karan, DVF and Victoria's Secret.
